My DFP is really loud?

My logitech driving force pro is kinda loud when it turns. Sounds like the gears inside. My quesiont is, is it supposed to be pretty loud? Just want to make sure it isn't broken or gonna be soon.

all force feedback wheels make that noise.

it's perfectly normal.

Yep its normal like Omnis said.

I too was scared the first time I got. I plugged it in and turned on my PS2...Then the wheel started to make those noises as it spins in both direction, adjusting itself! I was scared that time!
