Some pics I took today. I really, really, really screwed up the white balance and didn't notice it for a while. You can see the difference easily enough. :yuck:

These needed some pretty heavy photoshopping to even look half decent:

After I realized it, I took a few more.

Yes the car is damn dirty. It's been raining a ton here lately, and it's cold. So I'm not really up for washing her. All the same, I don't mind a dirty car now and then. 👍

The car has:
Racing beat lowering springs
Tokiko Blue shocks
Racing beat header + full exhaust
Impul FZ-R wheels (custom powdercoated dodge color graphite grey)

And really that's about it. I've had the car 4 years now and I still love it. Such a pretty thing I think, and the sound and driving feel are both incredible. It's a basic thing, with it's truck suspension and steering, but it's just so light and tossable, and the 13b loves to rev. It's the perfect car for backroad blasts on a quiet afternoon. Which is what I did today. I wish I could get centercaps for the wheels, but sadly I have never even seen another set of them for sale, let alone the centercaps themselves.

I'd like to drop the rear another 1/2" or so. Just sits a bit too high in relationship to the front. I'm also acquiring parts to convert the car to a weber side-draft carb. I've got the intake manifold, now I just need the carb, some tuning parts, an FPR, an A/F gauge + wideband 02, and a few other nickel-and-dime sorta parts. I'm anticipating a 20-35hp gain over the rather sad factory EFI intake manifold and air metering system. Hopefully it will be making around 170bhp all told. Not bad for a 2400lbs car. I feel it's making 140ish right now.

At some point in the future, I'd like to do a 3 rotor, but I might save that for a better chassis, like an FD or Ultima GT-R kinda thing.

Person: "Why is your car always so dirty?"
My friend: "Its dirty because I drive the mother-🤬!"

I really want to see how an AW11 feels compared to my car. The chassis and steering is obviously better, but I'm not sure how the 4a-ge would stand up to the 13b. Also, MR is kinda scary.

My MR2 filled with all my autocross crap vs. a friend's 1.8 NA Miata with his girlfriend in it was a pretty even drag race. I killed him off the line with a "god I hope this holds" 5k clutch dump on Star Specs, and it even chirped them. Jumped a car and a half ahead and he didn't gain on me after that.

And for once, this really was done on a private airstrip.

I walked my b18b powered DC chassis integra(brother driving the integra) I think I could take a 1.8 miata :P

We'll see, a few friends of mine now have them.

One of my friends had an FB. Non-turbo, if I remember right. It was supposed to be his first car when he turned 16, but it got sold before that. Yours is in a lot better shape though. 👍

If it was in the States, it was non-turbo. You had your choice of a carb'd 12A with no balls or a 13B with one ball.

Yeah its not fast by any means. I have a hole in the exhaust so it at least sounds a little bit angry...And it feels fast enough being that low, small, and basic.

Well the car had an unfortunate 'meeting' with a curb with my brother driving a month ago. Destroyed 2 wheels and damaged something (yet to be fixed) in the front steering. That is why I have new wheels on it. I just noticed the rocker in the photos, and I'm not sure if it's from that incident or whether it was from improper jacking (my fault) when I first got the car. I'm thinking probably the latter.

Actually I looked and it isn't on the frame rail like it looks in the picture. It's just the rocker panel. I know damn well I never tried to jack the car from the rocker panel. I'm not sure who caused that damage, but it wasn't me.

Don't you have a video too?

Kinda of creeped out that you know that, but yeah, I've got a couple crappy vids.

Warning, these are crappy videos but have decent audio:

Old exhaust setup, far too loud

It's ok to laugh at all the bird ****

New exhaust setup, exterior. Belt squeel has been fixed. Headlight is till temperamental

New exhaust setup, interior. Don't mind the shifter rattling, it's been fixed:
