My DLC disappeared today!

Has anyone else lost theirs and do you know how to fix it? The tracks, paint, cars... all just disappeared!

Only the dlc? Check your game save data .

To fix it go to Account management in the XMB, and re-download from your purchase history. As to why they disappeared did you load a back up save over it by any chance?

I didn't touch anything... drove my Mazda roadster TC yesterday then went for it today and the thumbnail was there, but all my DLC cars said the needed to be reinstalled. I've tried a bunch of stuff to no avail... I'll try again. Thanks for your help guys.

...didn't work. Shows the car thumbnail with an orange '!' Next to it and says under it "the racing car pack downloadable content is not installed, please install it again."
Weird because like I said.. I didn't touch anything. I turned on the PS3 today and it was all just gone. Ugh!!!

Do you have multiple users on your PS3? If so download the FREE update from PS store, I had the same problem, since the 2.02 update

Thanks. I tried that too... didn't work for some reason. I'm stumped!

Quit game go to PSN store and download the FREE family upgrade pack.
Just search for family upgrade and its there Install that then let us know.
PLUS there is 2 packs to download free Car pack and track pack.?

No idea why it happens but this has been known to fix it. By downloading the 2 packs.?

But I will say that one of my nephews had the same problem has you, He drove his the night before and did nothing then when he turned on again exclamtion marks on his DLC cars so that is what we did to fix his.
So just thought it may of worked for you.

Please just confirm you have done this also when you downloaded.
The family upgrade packs need to be installed like when you installed the DLC stuff?

Seems like everybody has good advice. If nothing has work, call playstation customer support. Maybe they can help or have an answer.

Thanks for your help. I went back to it a few days later and did it all again, and it worked.
