RX-7 Type A '02

Let me know what you think i have just started drifting this is one of my best yet.

VIDEO

that's not bad, for having just started, pretty good actually
nice and smooth, and good angle going in. I think however, that you may have countersteered a little too much too soon and killed the angle pre-emptively (if thats a word, i think it is... :indiff: )
it's a long corner though, so i understand the urge to do so.

I'm hoping you turned off all the driving aids when you were doing this
keep it up and keep practicing,
👍

Yea i have all driving aids off, i tend to counter steer early just getting sick of spinning out lol. thank you for your comment though.

Won't work for me, all I get is a still pciture o a blue RX-7.

Try right-click/save as if you're just clicking the link. Sometimes that helps.

Why did that sound like a smartass remark? I hate the lack of tone on the internet.

Meh don't worry about it, I can tell when someone gives me a smart ass remark. Plus you don't remind me of the guy that would do that :D.

Right click + save as worked like a champ!

Great video!

Actually you are at a good starting point so don't sell your self short. I would recommend starting with a low powered car like a AE86 unmodded and just learn to control it sideways and work your way up. By doing this you learn on an upward slope. Thats what I didn't and I got it down pretty good.

Also try drifting at Apricot Hill, seems to be the best track I've drifted at.

Well this is my first video just found a way to post it almost 10mb, i will try Apricot Hill should be a good course considering the size to get the hang of drifting

VIDEO 2

Video 2 is pretty good as well, you are on your way to getting drifting down pat.

Ya just keep practicing with various cars (or trucks) on different tracks. You'll get it, practice makes perfect!

i guess starting on a lower powered car makes sense... for me... i was a hardheaded one in gt4.... 761 hp M5 is what i use (i'll post a couple of vids tomorrow).

i had some experience from previous gt's tho.

ps. nice work :)
