My full save package for NTSC-J

Just in time to get this done to meet the 25th anniversary, and something to accomplish for my childhood-the save data pack for NTSC-J=SCPS-15009.

The two packages are:

• Starter save with gold licenses & hidden cars ready in garage (GT3_starter), and
• 100% with personal color choices for each prize cars, thus some models have two (GT3).
