took me one day. 7 hours total from buying materials to playing.
I put the 2 seats together so when the new logitech wheel comes out, it will go right next to the old one. These are the seats from my '91 240SX I'm parting out. They are fully adjustable just as they were in the car. I was bored one day and decided to make a sick rig for GT. Man I can't wait for GT4 to come out. What do you guys think? Good rig or bad? Suggestions?

Yeah, that is definitely sweet! I would love to do something similar, but my Accord seats are gonna have to stay in my Accord I'm afraid. You might want to put a small throw rug under the rig so it does't slide around any when the competition heats up!:D

Wow, that looks crazy man, nice job, yea, i need a new wheel before i put somthing together like that, but that is a cool lookn thing, will be just like Battle Gear 3 when you get the new wheel for some 2 player action ...

Look's good, you should stain it all black..

Then you should put it on eBay, and make some money. :D

That's a good idea man to stain it black. I didn't even think of coloring it. I don't think i'll ever sell it though. maybe I'll make another one to sell but this one is my baby.

BTW does anyone know when the next GT4 is coming out?

Sweet... looks good, i've something simmiliar to LFS, (PC)

LOL, its all us yankies in here!!, but ok, those Eupereans proberly sleep now::)

that's very creative of you...it looks dope!...too bad you live in New York.... i was gonna come over and play since you have room for two...LOL!

Store it? No way. I gave away that black couch in the pic and am putting the chairs were that green couch was. It's going to act as a couch when I'm not playing. I live by myself anyway and all my friends like GT so it works out pretty good.

Haha awesome, I love it. GT hardcore. :D

Your steering wheel's on the wrong side. :p

Nice DYI installation! How stable is it?

You might want want to add some diagonal supports on the side as well... the edge of the wood doesn't look too stable from the picture... You could drop a bit of steel tubing straight down from the wood and weld it to the other piece of tubing you already have down at the bottom, but that's just my opinion.

Other than that, nice work!

It's a British model. :D
Do you have any rally games? A co-driver sitting in the other seat would be rich!

Yeah man I got WRC. that's the first thing my cousin said when he saw it. "we gotta write our own pace notes and play WRC"

I don't know why but I haven't seen WRC2 Extreme over here in the states. I want it real bad but I don't know if it will work in my U.S. Playstation2. I was thinking of buying it from a british site. Will that work?

That's a good idea. I would have to figure out a way to make it retractable so that it would still be easy to get in and out of. Oh man, I knew I couldn't just make it and be happy. I'm gonna be upraging this thing like crazy. :D

Buying it off a british site would be your best alternative. If it would work or not I'm not certain. I'm not aware of the whole PAL/NTSC deal on PS2.

Very nice rig dude ! Wish I could replace my couches with a GT3 racing rig, but my girlfriend will probably not like the idea ... :banghead:

you have to let us know whether it improves your times !
