One could read it as such:

"I do agree with myself on a regular basis."

To explain, the double negitive "not not" cancels it's self out. The last part of the statement, "almost" makes that part of the statement null and void, having no meaning except that their might be some internal conflict agreeing with himself, but has always come to a resolution, thus always agreeing with himself.

Ahh, one might think, however "never about almost some stuff" makes absolutely no sense. You can't have "never" and "almost" talking about the same things. Or something.

:lol: My strengths are in math, not english. Even the Egyptians knew that math was a tool to explain all things. :)
