Puppies > Plants

Those are some pretty cool plants, but I'm not sure I'd want them around my house. I'm pretty sure I'd get hurt by the cactus. I have a bad habit of not paying attention to where I'm walking when I'm in my house.

w00t !!! The fly-trap looks mean !!!

We've got catci at our house but they are about 2 inches high - I reckon your venus plant would eat them if it had half the chance !!!!

My pet position is that I dont have any pets at the moment as me and g/f have just moved into our first house, but I want either a cat, because Ive grown up with cats as pets at my mums house, fish, as Ive kept fish before or a Lizard, somethnig like a small Geko (sp?) as Ive still got my tank that I used to keep the fishies in.

I'm not allowed to have a real pet because my mom hates cats and any reptiles and my dad thinks any animal other than humans has rabies and that animals are dangerous ....though when he was 5 he had 9 german sheperds.....a fear of dogs maybe.....also they hate birds....aND WE HAD FISH BUT ONE OF THE FISH ATE OUR ANGEL FISH WHICH WAS LIKE 150$ oops caps lock, I wasnt looking....
Oh ya those other cactuses in the one picture are my sisters bf's they bought them and put them in pots at my house and left them there.....

Thats cool, I've got tons of cactus at my house and I've always wanted a venus fly trap, but they rarely have any over here, and if they did it'd be way overpriced, how much was the flytrap anyway? I have 3 birds, 1 cockatiel, 2 finches, a leopard gecko, 2 firebelly salamanders and a fish. BigJamesGTI if you want a smallish gecko of some sort, I'd recommend a leopard gecko, they are very gentle, unique looking and they don't have sticky feet so they can't escape so easily. They do get around 10 or more inches long though and all you need is a tank, a regular heat pad, a 60watt ligh source and thats mostly it.

I believe Ive seen the leopard version of the Geko at a store once and even though its not the best of Gekos, it still looked really nice !

My Venus fly trap was I think $2.99 and the cactus was $5.99......though you have to have special cactus dirt and food and the flytrap has to eat like 2 insects a month (not only flys...ants, any bug)

Special cactus food and dirt?
You're getting ripped off. If it's a regular north american cactus you can just plant it in some regular dry dirt and water it once a month at most. Are the spines really all white or is it just a bad picture. 'Cause that makes it look fake.
