I feel it could be improved though, the road under the car feels somewhat like empty space. The car feels a bit too centered also. Maybe you could try cropping the bottom off a bit so that the car is two-thirds down the frame, and see what that does. Just a suggestion.

Normally I would agree with you, but in this case I feel like cutting it would ruin it, because its the darkness from the top and the bottom and the few but all different colored lights in the middle that brighten up the picture make it so special.
Just my opinion though.
