OK, i have my settings to where i get NO e-mail notification... but for some reason, day after day my inbox is flooded with emails. HOw do i fix this?

Yes, the ones they send you after u subscribe to a thread and a new post is, well, posted.

That email option is for email from Administrators.

To disable email for subscriptions, go to your Edit Options page, go to the Messaging & Notifications section, look for “Default Thread Subscription Mode”, then change your option in the drop-down menu.
