ADAC NÜRBURGRING LANGSTRECKEN-SERIE

Racing at the legendary Nordschleife – the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie takes place eight times a year at the most challenging racetrack in the world. Up to 165 race cars will go hunting for points and trophies in the Green Hell.

First race of the season starts in around 2hrs :)





Only the race is broadcasted in English. So if you want to see the qualifying that is already live, it is only available in German:

8:30pm-11:45pm: 24h Race - 2nd Qualifying

8:50am-9:20am: 24h Classic - formation lap
9:20am-12:20pm: 24h Classic - Race (3 hours)
2:10pm-3:10pm: 24h Race - 3rd Qualifying
3:40pm-4:10pm: BMW M Race of Legends - Qualifying - Grand Prix Circuit
4:45pm-4:55pm: Touring Car Legends - Grid - Grand Prix Circuit

Might as well be.

That pole sitting Ferrari fell away very quickly. (Now it's got a puncture)

Nicki Thimm was lucky to get away with that spin a few laps ago.

BMW's having a little trouble here and there. Slight clash in the pitlane with it's next door neighbor the Porsche and the junior car hitting a smaller class BMW at Tiergarten

Yeah, that looked like a proper rookie error for the M4 driver, the guy in the 330i was well out of the way.

edit:

Just realised the car is still in the garage too! WTH? It's not a great sign if they need a 25 min stop to fix damage after a light contact.

Has it been in the garage this whole time since that incident? Looked like it was just rolling out.
 
I wonder, once the Manta retires permanently from racing, will they pass on the tradition of the foxtail to some other team or car, or will they retire it with the Manta? :confused:

And also, when did they allow white highbeams on the SP9 cars with yellow headlights? Did that occur last year?

I like how sometimes the mic picks up the crowd parties playing the bangin' choons.

It's an awesome race, I'm so disappointed I keep not going!
 
That was a big one, could have been bigger though at that part of track.. wait, that was Vanthoor on Vanthoor... damn, that's harsh.

... why do these things happen when I'm tending to my wurst.
