n00b Prize Car Question

Hey guys, first of all I'd like to say how awesome this site is and how useful the posts have been here. I found the site just looking for the car list, but the forums here are by FAR the best and most useful for any game ever.

So here's my n00b question...
Can you sell or give to a friend a prize car, then re run the races to win one again or is it just win it once and that's it?

I don't believe you can re-run a race and win that car again. The only thing you can win is the credits and xp you get from it.

I could be wrong and you might be able to win it again and again by doing some backdoor loop around, but I'm unaware of how you would go about winning a car multiple times from the same event.
