Do you race?
Pescarolo Sport C60 2004 at Motegi Road.
BMW V12 LMR at Fuji 2005.

Well I haven't been playin' GT4 long enough to have a Fav but This might be the same anyway from GT3. Arcade, Hard, RX8, drift on Cote d'azure. It is very challenging and a whole lot of fun. I could do this race over and over. There's some great powersliding going on and the replays are fantastic. I use the DF.
Try it you'll love the thrill of the chase. 👍 :)

By the way do these combos of cars and tracks include competition. I like to race not just drive.

In GT3, I grew to love the Seattle and Cote d' Azur tracks. I have a 500-hp C5 Corvette in GT4 that just loves these two tracks. The Corvette is slow enough to still be "realistic", but fast enough (with the Sport suspension) to still be completely engaging.

I love the addition of the '87 Buick GNX to GT4, and like that model at most any track. I've got mine wicked up to about 370 hp (almost 500 lb*ft of torque) and I'm still using the stock suspension (not even Sport). I love how that 200-4R transmission lets the speed really wind out in each gear. Top speed about 160-170 at Sarthe II. Don't try that in a stock 1980s GM G-body car!

For the rally races, I really like the Lancia Delta HF Integrale. I haven't spent much time at all suspension-tuning my rally cars, and in stock form, the Lancia's balance agrees best with my driving style. The Peugot's tail jumps out too easily, and some of the Japanese rally cars have too much understeer for my tastes. I like that Lancia at any dirt course, but for some reason, I'm really quick at the Swiss Alps course. It took me a few times to beat the AI car at Grand Canyon "Regular", but I dusted off the AI on the "Hard" version of Swiss Alps the first try. I think it's the wide smooth corners. That Lancia loves to "drift".

Mine is and always will be the.......... Wait for it, wait for it.............The

Tom's Chaser on Apricot Hill... The Drifting Legend

Old GT40 at the old Sarthe circuit. mmmmmmm.....delicious!

Pity the AI doesn't agree with you, it was a terrible shame watching such a legend go off at virtually every bend when I ran my Sarthe II 24hr enduro.

To get my money's worth out of it, I've been running the Opel Speedster in a few events. Though I didn't stretch out the gears enough, it beat a crop of MR beasts at Sarthe II - I got blitzed on the looooong straight, but it was fantastic round the back of the circuit (and indeed pretty much every other circuit I've run it at too - it handily won the Tuner Cup). This was Family Cup, difficulty +6.

I personally find the Sarthe tracks to be more enjoyable with mid-powered cars.

After doing license test NA16: That Mazda RX7 on The Ring.
OK it may not be the fastest but it is sooooooo much fun drifting around the ring in a car like that! :nervous:

My fave so far is an (stock) Aston Martin DB9 at Costa Di Amalfi. With a little bit of fiddling with some settings its huge fun. I also enjoy driving my AMUSE S2000 GT1. Great sound 👍
