He's catching them anyway in traffic.

. .....snip....x. Goes to show, it's not the car, it's the driver.

That, I guess, puts NASCAR, in a nutshell: this is about as level a playing field as one can get in racing.

Jeff Gordon seems to have a plan.

In the end it's all about consistence and strategy. (Read as 'focus' and 'cunning'.)

I hate to say it, but I think this is proof positive that Mark Martin's talent is decaying with age.

He is 10th in points, obviously he won't be there after today but he is still pretty damn good.

Who's gonna get #200 for Mr.Hendrick? Right now it looks like 4-TIME!

I stand corrected, then? :O
Well, still, Vickers is dominating and I'm loving it...

... wait, :grumpy: he's not one of my picks.

Yes. Takes a pretty damn special person to sit in that car. For decades.

All 3 MWR cars seem to be running good right now, the "worst" is Truex in 11th.

Anybody cranking it up?

Ah, the sound of sheer angry power wanting to let go.

My words must be magic. Since Vickers is slipping back.
His tires must be wearing down.

Gordon's about to take it!
Also, I was hoping for pitstops. :(

EDIT: Speak o' the devil.
I see I'm not the only one irked by that.
I see that you see that we're not the only one's irked by that. :scared:

Who decides what music Fox uses?:yuck:

The leaders are entering the pits.

I believe they decided to give up using different music for each sport and went with the NFL music.

At least it's (somewhat) better than TNT or ESPN using random songs.

Some of them were on tires that were almost 200 laps old. Of course they are going to be slower.

They're not really particles in an accelarator. Doing a 120 mph around those corners is fast to me.

Well, Edwards isn't going to overheat, that's for sure.

Speaking of which, I find it funny we're not seeing cars spray steam like it was at the start of the season.

It's not like Reutimann during last year's Subway Fresh Fit 500. His entire front was taken off!

Brad breathing Tony's smoke now - will put him a lap down?

This race desperately needs a phantom debris caution.

Kenseth has some damage on his right. Not good for him.
