An Jr agrees with me that it shouldn't have ended (not really agreeing with me personally, just saying) like that

I don't blame Bowyer. Bowyer got help there and really ended up in a "damned if I do, damned if I don't spot." Newman bumped him but it was a chain reaction. Reutimann had more than one opportunity to get to pit road and he chose to park it on the front straightaway.

I'm surprised NASCAR doesn't have a rule established about stopping on track to purposely bring out a caution. It's dangerous for everyone on track.
They do. IIRC, you get penalized laps for it. They still have to throw the caution, though.

Not that I defend Bowyer for what he did, but it's a green-white-checkered at Martinsville, he had better tires, he got a bump on the restart, and that inside was left too open. He wouldn't have been the only one that would have tried a divebomb.

I believe Dale Jr. was one driver penalized at Bristol because of it. IIRC somebody tried throwing something out of their car (either at California or Atlanta) and they were also penalized because of it. I don't recall Robby Gordon doing that (yet he has been penalized in other ways for other reasons).

NASCAR Victory Lane - Getting out of the car, getting the trophy, cheering, spraying Coca-Cola everywhere.

IndyCar victory lane - Will Power, camera dude, interviewer.

Reutimann explaining what happened. Either he's a good actor or it really went down like that but it is all too convienent.

My car, like stopped. I was pushing the gas but the car just like stopped man. I don't know what to tell you.

He just needs to get out of NASCAR. So which Hendrick driver has the best track record at Texas.

ICEYOU
Yeah, David needs to get out NASCAR. He's racing for a ****** team, part-time. No skill, no Talent.

You're over reacting and Reutiman is a two-time winner so he does have talent, with that said he should have came to pit road

I blame the restart crash on Ryan Newman

He slammed into Bower forcing him to go 3 wide

The caution flag at the end really ruined a good race

I blame everything aver Reutimann's idiocy on the fact it's short track racing how it should be.:)

You know ICEYOU, it would be nice if you stopped blaming everyone for Jeff Gordon Not winning everytime.

We know why he didn't, he drives for a crap team that is at the bottom of the heap in owner points. However, it was a lose lose, either the car was going to crap out and he'd still lose (which happened) or he went to pit road with same result. At what point does thinking the best for your team end and thinking how you can harm all other teams begin?

Wait, what?

Basically good job, meaning that will work.

Exactly

Obvious troll is obvious.

sure if it makes you happy, he couldn't get anything going at red bull even though he had the chance. Red Bull wasn't a crap team either, just my opinion. He hasn't been good since Everham

Crappy drivers don't end up with 12 wins. He also finished last year 14th(with 1 win) in the standings where Vickers finished 25th(with 0 wins) in the same equipment.

Red Bull was insanely inconsistent, so while they may have not been crappy they were far from good.

So all those good finishes and even repeatidly coming close to winning several times counts as nothing? Are we sure we're talking about the same guy?

This. Kahne was essentially the only reason Red bull finished higher then it should've.

Ah ok, didn't know if it was sacasm or not.

I was looking forward to a good battle, Dad and I were on the edge of our seats.
I definitely thought that AJ could've gotten to Newmans bumper since AJ was holding on so good up top.
