NASCAR NATIONWIDE SERIES SEASON 1

The Nationwide Series is here! NASCAR's second division finally makes it to GTP with a bang, with races running the day after the Sprint Cup for 5 weeks!

RULES:

~Races are held in my lounge - send an FR to Furinkazen

~Race lounge opens 7pm GMT

~Race starts at 7:30pm GMT

~Damage is limited

~Fuel use / tyre wear on (Except for Monster)

~No driving aids except ABS 1

~Racing hard tyres

~Pts system will be:

1st place - 20 points
2nd place - 18 points
3rd place - 16 points
4th place - 14 points
5th place - 12 points
6th place - 11 points
7th place - 10 points
8th place - 9 points
9th place - 8 points
10th place - 7 points
11th place - 6 points
12th place - 5 points
13th place - 4 points
14th place - 3 points
15th place - 2 points
16th place - 1 point

Cars to be used are the CHEVROLET CAMARO SS, FORD MUSTANG V8, and DODGE CHALLENGER SRT8. All cars are to be maxed out (with the exception of the ban of Carbon Bonnets of ANY KIND) with the following tweaks:

The Ford must run FRONT AERO TYPE A

The Chevrolet must run FRONT AERO TYPE B, REAR AERO TYPE B, and EXTENSION A.

The Dodge must run FRONT AERO TYPE A.

All cars must run with the PDI P525N wheel set and SEMI RACING EXHAUST.

All cars run to a restriction of 450hp and 1420kg, no SuperChargers or Carbon bonnets!!!

01: Nationwide 200 @ Daytona Superspeedway (80 laps, 8 January)
02: Goodyear 150 @ Indianapolis Superspeedway (60 Laps, 15 January)
03: Monster 150 @ Monster Raceway Park (150 Laps, 22 January)
04: Wrangler 150 @ Daytona Superspeedway (60 laps, 29 January)
05: Allstate 125 Indianapolis Superspeedway (50 Laps, 5 February)

I've a feeling that will be best at the road courses.;)

I'll have a go at this.. I'll take the Ford for now but that could change ;)
 
I hope we get Infineon for DLC so you can add it the schedule :D

High Speed Ring is more like an oval than Monster.:)

You clearly have no idea what an oval is :P

It doesn't need to be long and spacious, it only needs to have the oval shape and it's all set :)
 
I am still thinking about the Dodge.... but for now I will stick Camaro, I like those things 👍
 
Ill join this, not sure what car ill be as of yet though :)


PS. Does this not clash with TOCA? :s
