I've done the nascar series in a-speck but Bob in b-speck cannot get it together in this series, he's ok on the high speed curcuits but cannot handle the corners on other tracks without burning to much rubber. I'm getting seriosly annoyed with Bob. Any suggestions????
 
I had the same problem in B-spec , I golded Nascar in A-spec but Bob somehow can't handle a Nascar car lol.. I was thinking about gear ratios set up or some changes at GT service.
 
Other point, I used Carl Edwards car, for both races, but what if we use Jeff Gordon's car? Might a little faster or better to handle it.

Since all of the cars are identical, it doesn't matter which driver's car you used. I used the Logano Gamestop Car with the setups and it worked fine.
 
One thing is for sure. Make sure you have a sufficient lead to win in the first four races because chances are you won't be in the Daytona race. My guy came in dead last but on that one but fortunately had done well enough on the previous races that he still got gold on the overall championship. Still can't beat daytona though. B-Spec bob is just too stupid. B-Spec driver AI is really really terrible.

Great all round NASCAR tune. Especially good for B spec Grand valley and Laguna Seca. If you want to tweak for Daytona: min aero, shocks all set to 4, front toe 0, ride +9mm and +5mm, camber -2.7 -2.7.
 
Yeah and my guy is a special breed of dumb. In this Daytona race all too often the lead car will be right ahead of him and my driver will sit right outside of the drafting area so that he can't catch up. Meanwhile all the other cars are passing me up because apparently they've got AI smart enough to jump into the drafting area.

And of course when he has a lead will he move out of the way so that cars can't draft him? No, he'll just sit there and let them pass him up instead of even trying to block.

Oh, and he's brake crazy. He brakes before each curve and right before the finish line I mean that doesn't even make sense.

I ended up finally winning with these settings. I don't know if it was coincidence or what but I'm giving you the credit anyway.

May I never have to even look at this horrible race again.
