Also, while not a Snapshot thing, have this because the loading screens don't get nearly enough credit for how gloriously Outrun they are.

I cannot get over just how Outrun this loading screen is. It's fabulous.

And yes, that is indeed a Fortune Valley plate on it. There exists a trick that reverts your license plate to that one. And yes, that is a hint.
