Guy's these cars are awesome no doubt but please don't forget about the others..... P.S. Mini Poll which will you think will be the least popular?

McLaren F1 LM
Pagani Zonda R
Lamborghini Aventador J
Hennessy Venom GT Spyder
Bugatti Veyron Viateese.

This is a toughie but I see the Lambo as it's the slowest and least different, save Veyron but you know Boogatti playerz need there tricked out Beetle.

The Gayron doesn't interest me at all. I'm mostly stoked for the McLaren F1 LM and the Hennessy. And the Zonda R.

Aw, it's the slow F1 LM? That thing barely makes it over 200MPH! At least the long gears will give it a 40MPH speed boost.

Anyway, $10 ain't pricey in the least. That is actually the average for game DLC. You guys only say pricey because there's two cars in the list that could be consider "reskins"

I think it's good value as your getting events and the cars. Now I wonder... will we have to find them...

Um...Let's see. Forza Motorsport 4 offered high quality, 10 car per-pack DLC which only cost 560 MS Points...This one, with 5 cars, costs 800 MS Points.

Even Forza Horizon's car packs are cheaper!

Average when compared too games like COD BF3 Skyrim, Etc.

No, average compared to all the big name publishers. Unless we are talking about a Disney pubbed game or a console exclusive game DLC is usually around $10.

But they charge you for online so it offsets. They have no control over other publishers' price on DLC. If a M$ owned game charged you an arm for DLC it would be a slap in the face.

Microsoft is the one that sets DLC prices in the first place (on xbox live at least). You know that, right?

Not sure if this is late, but thought I'd post it here before I head off to work. Looks like a DLC will be coming out on December 18th! For $9.99...

Zonda R

**** YES!!!!!! (excuse my language) Day 1 download for me!!!

No, the game publishers give Sony & M$ the price of the DLC. Then they set it on their respective stores.

Im sorry, what?!

$10 for 5 cars?????

No way! Not giving EA anything for that pack! Maybe, only maybe for $1 a car...

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the price is ridiculous.

Basically using that logic, if EA added $5 for every car in the base game, the game would have cost more than $200.

No, Just no...

DLC is usually made after the game discs have be printed w/e. Usually most of the dev team is focused on their next title leaving only a portion of the team making DLC which means more man hours are needed. They need to recoup the lose in money from salaries somewhere.

Honestly if ya'll are complaining about 5 cars + new events for $9.99 go look at Ace Combat: Assault Horizon's DLC. They charge I think $4-$5 A PLANE! & that game had like zero replay value compared to this game. If you can afford the console & game you can shell out the money for DLC.

Comparing the price of that to Burnout Paradise's Big Surf Island DLC. Where you got a ton more stuff and an entire island. All for $13. It is asking a lot. Let's just hope the DLC cars aren't online exclusives... :yuck:

And forgot to add the Aventador J to the post. Oops!

They cost two bucks a pop because they're all cheat code cars. Like the Veyron, you will win with these.
They did this for Hot Pursuit and Burnout Paradise as well, making the best vehicles pay to play. They used to cost this much when they first released them too. In Burnout it didn't matter much, but in Hot Pursuit some of them were class breaking.

They think it's pricey because they bought more cars for less than that price for GT5 :p
GT5 also has 50 of the same vehicle. Half of the DLC for that boring game are cars the game came with.

Anyway, hopefully this DLC gives us a Hyper class & pulls the Veyron, Agera & Pagani out of the Exotic class.

but in Hot Pursuit some of them were class breaking.

Without exaggerating too much, only the Veyron SS and Apollo were "class-breaking", more so the Apollo, but the Veyron was only destructive in races that contained a lot of long freeway sections. Its weaker nitrous made it easier to keep up with through more curvy roads.

I won't say a thing about the Sesto for Pursuits, but I will say that the one car that was undeniably broken was the SL65.

Not equally, but it's up there too. It had low torque so it'd struggle up a hill. It also couldn't handle dirt too well.

Can't wait to watch more cutscenes of my crashes with my driver's head scraping on the railing like in NFS:HP 2010.

Discovered it recently as well. Except I fell through the surface, between the buidlings (see at 1:13).

You're wrong buddy, you don't pay 10$ for just 5 cars. You will get an all new Most Wanted event, 25 new events on SP and more than 70 milestones on multiplayer so IMO it's worth the price.

Yep and you climb the leaderboards too.

Included is the Pagani Zonda R, McLaren F1 LM, Lamborghini Aventador J and Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse.

With these you'll be able to blitz past your friends' scores on the billboard and speed camera social challenges, publisher EA promises.
