So I decided to fork out some money to pick up this today, anything I should be wary of? I noticed that I didn't get an Online Code either like you did with most of the newer games like Shift 2 or Hot Pursuit. Did Criterion scrap it this time, or did I buy the game from a complete moron how forgot to include it? :indiff:

I got the slip that the online code is suppose to be on, but however there was no actual code. I called EA support and they didn't believe me and told me to return it.

Cars, chases, cops and games. What more could anyone want? (except for realistic physics, that never works well) All in all it is more than a decent play.

1 more thing that i want :

Evading Cops together with friends , Like in the Live action trailer
 
Until the internet gets faster & consoles/PCs get more powerful having AI cops online is IMPOSSIBLE. You know how hard it is to have the AI traffic to sync with every player online? DAMN HARD & it's still far from prefect.
 
Ahh, so that's why my friend seemed to have crashed in the middle of the road 💡

I got the online pass finally, and I have so say that I love both the single player and multiplayer. While I doubt that police will be available in multiplayer, it would be an awesome addition.
 
The game just glitched on me yay, I unlocked all mods for the McLaren F1 LM and yet the game says that I still have one mod to unlock.

The Marussia has this problem too. All of the non mileage based mods are glitched and can't be unlocked. Sadly I doubt it will ever be fixed now that Criterion seems to have fallen into the clutches of EA 👎

I find it kinda ironic that in both GT5 and MW we have to drive a car to around 300 km to fully get its full potential (break in for GT5, all mods for MW). Criterion taking a leaf from PD's book it seems :lol:
 
F1 LM with Off-road tyres & Reinforced chassis both standard is the biggest turd ever! It handles like crap & spins the tyres all the way up to 70MPH :lol:

+1, Agreed. Why can't SOME PEOPLE who say they don't like the game, just get over themselves and play something different. Nobody cares what they think...
 
Can someone tell me how this game is with a driving wheel (G27) on the ps3 ? I'm wanting this game
 
I don't know about G27 but the DFGT is what I use and it's really fun. No GT5 but fun.

Ok thanks. I like using a wheel instead of a controller. Maybe I can get this game today.
 
Just noticed whenever I enter the in game store theres two pictures I saw in the small preview box while it was loading. One of them was two BMW M3 GTR's (Race version with MW1 livery) and the other was a Lotus Elise (with a spoiler = tuned?). I don't know but I smell more DLC on our way.

The BMW M3 GTR is definately in one loading screen next to the Pagani Huayra (remember the first time I posted the picture about this car? It's the same picture in game) althought you are wrong about seeing the Lotus Elise, it's the Hennessey Venom GT. Basically in terms of looks they look very close to each other but not in performance.
 
The Vemon uses an Exige body.

Nope, its a totally different picture with a close up of two of them (in the small preview box in the store). I'll snap a pic then edit this post after.
 
Started renting this game a few days ago to try it out.

I was a bit disappointed at first, but once I learnt how to play, how to drift and got into the mindset that it's just an arcade game, I love it.

I've decided I will go out and buy it, but I want to know a couple of things:

1. Is a save from the normal edition compatible with the limited edition?

2. What fixes came in the most recent update?
 
Yes the saves should work & the patch fixed some minor problems.

Anyway, I gots my Gold F1 LM plate with the gold trim. :D
 
Still haven't unlocked my McLaren F1 LM Motorhead license plate, oh well I don't expect this to be fixed.:nervous: (Only have to get all the mods for the Hennessey and i'm done with all DLC cars online).
 
It took me 400 miles to Pro 10 mods with the F1 LM but it netted me a nice gold plate. I gave up on Impact Body. :lol:

But you got your motorhead license plate once you got all the mods right? Or did you raced an extra miles for it?
 
I got the Endurance Driver plate which is Gold.
