I don't have any specific setups, but I suggest putting as little downforce as you will get away with as the speedway features four gentle corners with long straights. Have the first 5 gears set up for acceleration, the 6th gear somewhere in the middle, and treat the 7th gear as overdrive for slipstreaming.
