I need help to find an S-Video splitter, so it can split audio and video so it allows me to see my consoles on both my TV and Capture Card.

S-video doesn't carry an audio signal, and you can always get an interconnect to bridge between the PS A/V cables to run separately (or just use a TOSLINK cable), although if this is to capture the video while also playing it in a TV, I assume you want to capture the audio as well, so a dual audio & video output switcher is probably what you are looking for, and there are lots of different ones to choose from. It really comes down to what it is you want. Have you tried doing a Google search for S-video splitters or switchers with 2 outputs?

The first place I usually look for really good pricing on cables, interconnects, adapters, splitters, and switchers is www.monoprice.com so you might also find what you are looking for there, and at a good price. 👍

BTW: If your TV has an A/V output, as many do these days, then you wont even need a splitter or switcher. 👍

Here is a thread where someone used their TV's output to capture their full 20 lap race on F1:CE to their PC while they played it on their TV:
