Need help with avatar

I just got this new avatar because I finally found some software to resize images. But I was wondering on how to make the avatar animated like a simple slide show. I've been looking for some software to do that, but i cant find any.

Animation Shop 3, comes with Paintshop Pro 7. If you want, i could help. I have AS 3.
