Need help with Evo 9 drag tune. Idk how to even start.

@Hyperspeed, here's a picture I worked up:

Let me know what you think.

^Lol, hardly a high quality image. The font isn't particularly eye catching and is perhaps a little small.

But, it's effective none the less :)

As for the OP.
Here's a quick tune for you.

Suspension
Min/Min
Max/Max
1/10
10/1
No toe or camber

Tq split at 45/55

Reset your trans, set the max speed slider to 142/3 and flip your final .180 off minimum.
1st full left
2nd @ approx 50%
3rd @ approx 80%
4th and 5th full right
6th @ approx 85-90%

Also make sure you do an engine overhaul, or you'll get chopped every time.

It won't be the fastest tune, but it's a step in the right direction. Enjoy.

I'm going to put this base tune on my evo 9 thanks rubber
No worries. If you find it a little too tall, simply reflip in the exact same manner but drop the top speed slider down another notch.
I'm not certain on the HP of the Evo 9, but this kind of tune works well with the Evo 6 & 8 RS.
The lower top speed suits the Evo 4 & 5
