My rx7 is stuck at 9.941 for 1/4 and can anyone help my get it into the 9.8's please

Reset trans to default.
Set final anywhere bewenn 3.650 - 3.700
Move top speed slider all the way left.
Move final all the way left.
Move 6th all the way right

Top speed in upper right should be around 152- 158 or so. That's how you flip. And make 1st as long as possible, all the way left. Make graph look pretty and go from there.
