u get the same car cause ive done that race so many times just to get that car and sell it for the money, before i got my friends memory card with 9 trillion credits, but if you do a race that your suppose to get a car youll alweays get the car no matter how many times you do it!

Dude,. with an x-port,. it's as easy as this:
-Walk ps/2 over to pc and turn on with XP disc in.
-Copy your garage from the ps/2 to the pc.
-Open your garage with MK'S garage editor and switch in the Shingo with a crappy car.
-Put the new garage back on your ps/2.
-Bring the ps/2 back to your TV and load GT3,....

now you have the car,.... you can load 10 if you really wanted to..... for only the cost of the x-port,. you'll never have to worry about cars, money, settings ever again. Plus you can have a lot of fun building 'hybrid' vehicles = example - up to 1 million hp monsters ;)
 
I've looked for a X=Port... but to get 1, i'll need to drive about 500km by train (>30 Euro)

But HKS_KiD says dat it works!

I promise ya,.. it's not true ;) You flat out,.. cannot get that car again without an x-opt or starting over :( sorry to break it to ya,.. but true.

As for HSK-KID - PLEASE refrain from postsing BLATENLY false info. We all make minor mistakes,.... but for you to tell him THAT,.... is inexcuable. Thanx in advance 👍

But did you notice that it only weighs 1,700lbs?

Thats a better power to weight ratio than a Mclaren F1.


In fact, for an average 3,000lb car to have the same power to weight ratio it would need 683hp. Most of the Skylines and Supras are more than 3000lbs and would you sell one of them if it had 683hp? Not to mention downforce and an extremely lightweight that conributes to handling?
 
Hey, When i first got GT3 i use to do those 5 races to get the AE86 and sell it, ive got it atleast 8 or 9 times, i dont know why it dont work on yours beacause my friend does the same thing when he needs money, im not lieing because it works on my GT3, does anyone know why hes not able to get the car cause i know i am, i have 3 of them in my garage each with a different setup, and everytime i do a series race i get the car, Im sorry if you think i was lieing i didnt mean to mis lead you because it works on mine, is anyone else able to get the same car more then 2 timeslike me??

I SWEAR TO GOD!, im not trying to seem like I have a special copy of GT3 but im am able to!, i swear, when i get my shark port working i will put up a copy of my memory card that i have that has no cheats or codes on it, and youll see i have 3 SS AE86, And this is no lie, ill try to get my friend up on thses boards so he can tell you that im not the only one who can do this.
 
Dude,.... get your sharkport working and post your gamesave. If what you say is true,.. your sitting on the most important glitch ever found.
Just cause you have 3 in your garage doesnt mean you didnt load them in with MK's BTW :rolleyes:
 
My shrkport has never worked since ive had it, ask Frustrated Palm, My PS2 wont read my Sharkport Disk, so there is no way i could have used MKs Editor, When i get it working youll be the first i send my garage too, thanks for the PM:)
 
I totally understand Red Eye, Im new to GT3 and all this X Port and Hybriding things, thats why i thought everyone was able to get a certain car more then 2 times, Thanks man:tup:

You'll have to race only 3 races in the Amateur FR-cup!!

Wow, so much misunderstanding in this thread.

1) You cannot trade licenses from save to save in GT3. You need to earn them in each and every new save.

2) Single cars from the single race cups cannot be won again. Really, they can't. Really. Only championship prize cars can be won multiple times.

3) You can buy irreplaceable and unbuyable cars from game save to game save (except certain hidden cars that have been sharked). Yes, you are charged full price of the car, not resale value. However, if the car has been modified, you get all those modifications at no cost to the game buying the car.

But are you shure that I can buy cars that can't be bought in shops, such as rally cars???

I will double check to make sure. But yes, that's my understanding of it. I'll try to do it tonight (I'm at work right now) and post my findings here.

Edit: OK, I double-checked with someone (thanks, AO) and you can indeed buy anything that has a resale value listed, including the 'hidden' Diablo. Buying is done at new-car value, or 4x the listed resale value. Some cars have .... listed as the resale value, and those cannot be traded without a Sharkport/Xport.

I've "bought" the Trueno SS from my 2nd mem-card!!
1st I started to "buy" a tuned-to-the-max Trueno from my 1st mem-card!!
Raced until I've about 32.000cr!!
From that money I've "bought" my tuned-to-the-max 'Stang Cobra R and with this machine I've raced the Amateur FR-cup to win the Trueno SS!!
I've "bought" the car for 500.000cr(!!!) :crazy: (4x the value of 125.000cr), but hey... it's only money!! ;)

Thank you all who helped me to get the Trueno SS!!!

I've learned a wise lesson: Think twice before selling a car!! :D

I would say you could have mine but I have no way of giving it to you......I dont drive it......I won't sell it.....I dont know why I just have and wont get rid of it.
 
The reason you wont get rid of it is because its a Hachi with Wantanbes and a Carbon Fiber Hood, Its all good:lol:, Good to hear that you got your car back, my shark port still aint working and now my GT3 is freezing and its basicslly brand new with scraches, lol, but anyway, have fun with your 86!
