As far as creating an account just remember to use an email that you can get access to instead of making one up. Like when the PSN went down and you had to change password vie email.

When you sign up a PSN just enter the Hong Kong Postal code

Doesn't matter if I do. With eBay buyer protection they refund any money that you've been scammed. Plus the guy has 99.6 percent positive feedback.

EDIT: The guy sent me a postal code for H.K. to help me out. Therefore I no longer need one but for his effort in trying to find me one MONSTAR-1 will be the one to receive a free car. Thanks everyone.

I was going to do exactly what you are doing. I can't see why it won't work so you should have a stealth pack vert soon. $50 isn't to bad I suppose, but I'll wait until the spec 2.0 and DLC comes out 1st. Might just be able to get then there. Who knows...
