well, i like my old growlers high in the end and low in the front... so i usually set the suspension like that... bottomed in the front and topped in the rear... but this leads to some serious stability issues...

so i was just wondering if anyone had some tips for me on setting up the rest of the car so as to alleviate some of that stability problem...

Bottomed in Front and Topped in Rear .... good thing it is 2005!!! In the old days we did just the reverse .... or almost .... for traction at the starting Line for 1/4 mile. Wonder if the Game reconizes severe changes in height in the 1/4 race ... come to think of it ... GT1 did. Sorry ... those cars were not desinged to race with that look ... but maybe you could play with the springs a bit.

yeah, well im not gunning for the 1/4 mile here... im just wondering how i can get them to handle somewhat decently round a track while still maintaining that favourite look of mine...

Generally you want some extra height in the back so that when you accelerate in a RWD car, the weight shifts to the back and evens out the ride height. Too much and the rear end doesn't compress enough, your center of gravity stays too far high and too far back toward the rear of the car. If the ride height was even front and back the nose of the car would stick up higher under acceleration and once again cause instability but more so understeer wise. Usually I give mine 10mm or maybe 15mm higher in the back than the front for RWD cars.
