Need video clips for GT1 Movie! (Video Completed, view on Page 2)

So I was thinking, lets try and make something new out of something old. So then I thought, I know, I will make a movie of GT1. But since my GT1 disc is broken, and I do not have the right recording requitment, I can't get my own clips. So I was wondering if anyone could send me some clips by my MSN address, thanks.

The capture software I have compresses vids so that an 8 min run @ Nurburgring is about 45 MB

Well I was hoping someone could send me some clips of really fast LM cars flying past the camera on circuits like the Test Course and the High Speed Ring, and then I need some clips of cars crashing and spinning, basiclly messing up. I do need others aswell, but these are the main ones for now. By the way, the music I am going to use is @They only come out at night' by Lordi. Look it up on YouTube if you want, it's a great song. Infact, here is the link to the song:

Ok, I will talk you through how to do it...

1) First, login into you hotmail adress, and go onto new, then message...
2) Then type in the persons adress you are sending it to and the subject...
3) The go to attachments, then file...
4) Go to the top bar and choose videos....
5) And then when the video section comes up, click on the file you want to send twice...
6) Then a message wil come up saying something like scanning and uploading file. After a minute or maybe longer, Attachments will apear with the name of the file you are sending and the file size. And yes you can send more than one at once.

I hope that helps. There is a picture guide below, and they are in order, from left to right, 1 to 6. Hope this helps you Gran Turismo!

Edit: I also need clips of some awesome drifting, some amazing overtaking manovers, and cars getting some air, which could be a tricky one. I would also like some clips of LM cars flying around banked turns, aswell as down the fast starights on the Test Course and High Speed Ring. Any other clips you have will still be very usefull, so please send them!

Oh, I see. Any clips would be good, just they were some I was looking for in particular. Also, clips of sports cars absouloutly murdering a tricky turn would be awesome. Just watching the ability of these cars amazes me. But yeah, anycar, any track, any place. Doesn't matter if the car is on the straights or through a corner, it's all good!

Edit: Can I just ask if anyone sends me any clips, please have the clips with no music on them, just the engine noise, thanks!

Yeah, GT1 only. I might do a movie on the other GT's after, but I want to see how this one goes first!

Edit (again): I have had a change of mind over the song I will use. Instead I will use the original intro tune from the Japanese version of GT2 and I forgot to mention that clips of slow moving cars would be good aswell, for the paino sequence at the start and end! I would love clips of cars driving slowly around SSR11 and SSR5

yo i got back on ur PM.. but listen i dunno if my vids are as quality as that dudes are cuz i checked them out they are DOPE! but the vids i have are like bascailly straight from the GT1 disc, thers a bunch of them which are run arounds of the maps, but i dont think they are as good sized, and quality as those are.. but i have alot of em..and mayb if u had a vid editor u can somehow formem better, cuz i couldnt lemme kno bro

Had a bit of trouble yesterday uploading the last three clips. I was doing it at an interent cafe as i only have dialup at home. I started uploading and said I would be back in an hour ( this is my usual procedure at this place ) but some retard quit my upload and stole my machine ! Grrr

I will have to go to another Cafe, probably on Friday night.Will keep you updated on progress.

Viperin your clips are awesome. I do need loads more as I'm very short at the moment. I need a lot more short clips, and I mean very short, maxium about 1.5 seconds long, so to save you uploading loads of videos you could just put them all into one video and I will split them up. It's because I am using the Moon over the castle from GT2 and that guitar sequence in the middle, needs clips that are tense with loads of action. So lots of different cars on different courses. So you could have some cars spinning, and some drifting.By the way, could you do some clips of cars just crusing aswell, around a course like SSR11. Not clips of cars flying past, just need some of cars driving around in a relaxed stlye for the paino sequences at the start and end!

Edit: I haven't really got any overtaking clips either!
Edit: (Again): I will keep you lot updated on the progress of the video. I will even post some preview videos. It will be the video but unfinished with only certain parts finished.

Can't get far yet due to the extreme lack of clips. The clips I have rock, I just need more. Anyway, here is what I have done so far. When you see the Gran Turismo logo at the start, don't stop watching it. Wait for the clips. However, once the first set of clips finish, then you can stop watching it, because there is nothing after that...

I have uploaded some more clips including a montage of short snappy action clips.
I hope they will be suitable. There should be enough slow bits and pieces for what you need ( btw it is really hard to drive slowly ) if not I have one more vid ready to upload of the Demio trundling along on the test track.

Do you need a youtube account to upload videos? Or can you do it just like uploading images with imageshack? I would really like to help but I don't have a youtube account nor can I play the game on my computer. Which means I only have my video camera to record replays,which gives me really bad quality clips. I can do some still pictures for you tho,if you want it. Maybe you can incorporate them in some way into your vid?

Pictures, what an idea. Why the hell didn't I think of that. I will need quite a lot of them since the pictures only last for 0.125s, which is very short as you can tell.
