That car is gorgeous.. I can't wait until the doctors and lawyers around here start driving them. It will remind me how miserable my life really is.

Hahaha.... No kidding... The only Porsche experience I would get is by seeing them on the road or in the parking lot........ A great car though....... :)

The Carrera S Coupe has 4 exhuasts.

Love the return of round headlights and the curvier figure although I'd rather have the twin oval exhausts than the 4 round ones. They seem to fit into the overall design much better, the 4 pipes look a bit aftermarket IMO. Need to buy some magazines really to read some tests, flicked through one (can't remember which) and remember it saying that the handling had been dulled again. What's everone else reading in the press?

Quad exhaust tips doesnt necessarily mean it has '4 exhausts'. Really, both cars have dual exhaust. The new 911....Monster said it great "That car is gorgeous..."

bob - I just meant that it has 4 pipes on it. I actually prefer the single oval shaped ones, like pushrod I prefer those.

TT3888 - I used to like the older 911's but compared to this they look too messy, too many lines on them. The new one here is so smooth.

I dont like the wheels though - I dunno how may are available but the wheels on the red one in my first pics arent that nice.

This generation harks back to the styling of the 993, generally regarded as the best looking of all 911's. I cannot wait to see what the Turbo and GT2 will look like

Yeah, and I've heard about the return of the GT1 👍 👍

Looks better than the 996 - but its just too large, the 911 has always been a small, light and nimble car. I suppose all cars are heading in that direction!

That is absolutely gorgeous 👍 And the headlights are better looking than on the 996 BY FAR !....

Wicked...

I love the 996's. I first became a car enthusiast when these were new. I never appreciated the 993's. The only 993 I like that I know I like (havn't seen all of them) is the GT2.

Also TT3888- You can't compare the new 997 with the 993/996 GT2. They haven't shown the new 997 version of the GT2. There are early spy photos of the 2005 Turbo, it is still the 996. The 997 Turbo should be the 2006 model, and it doesn't look somewhat different than the 997 Carreras (It has large intakes infront fo the back wheels). It looks sweet. 0-60 in a rumored 3.7 seconds with a 3.8 liter 450bhp flat six.

Also, has anyone seen the new 928? I saw an artists rendering of it in a R&T and I needed a towel to wipe off the drool. It is a V8 2+2 Targa (has a mostly glass roof, i.e. 911 Targa, XJ220)

When I first saw the car, I thought it looked terrible, but everytime I see it, it looks more beautiful everytime.

My ex-boss want's one of these but he's decided to go for an Aston DB9 instead. He has a current C4S and he bought his wife a Boxster S (he couldn't have here driving in his C4S and he couldn't have her in a car as good as his :)). I was out with him at the Living room and he started telling me about the DB9 he's put his order in for. It's a great car, much nicer than the current one, but I think I'd go for the AM V8, over it, I would easilly go for the DB9 but they arn't in the same class, the AM V8 is a better match.

I have a Porch, my ex-boss has a Porsche, but I don't know anyone with a Porche, unless it's French for porch in which case I have one, lol.

You have a Porch??!?!?! Awsome! I want one! I want the water-proofing option with the cloth awning!

I definatelt need the 21" alloy bolts, too. That is pimp. I'll then add some type-R stickers to make it go faster!

Give it some carbonfibre doors and some nitrouse injection hinges for them and you'll be unbeatable. Btw I have a modded shed too.
