powerman, i thought they said there would be one other car to match the nissan 350Z. they said it wouldnt be toyota, because they are busy with other races. the reporter said it was either mitsu, mazda, or honda...and that the new car will most likely be the Rx-8

BMW have said that they're not going back to ALMS in an official capacity (i.e. there may be privateers without factory support). They're currently concentrating on F1 and ETCC, although there are rumours of a new 'supercar' on the drawing board...

One wonders if they're thinking of racing the forthcoming 6-series.
