New Details about GTA:SA!

Its not exactly as u described but when you get away from the cops, there is a short time period before the screen flashes and you lose them.
But yeah its quite good.
But on a complete change of subject, what i want to see is the ability to go to the airport and catch a flight!, maybe even have private jets! when your rich and influential.
 
Yeah, but you'd only be able to fly around the state, so there's no REAL point other than a quick way to get from airport to airport.
 
Exactly Blake, that would be good. After all it is a State, and there are such things as Inter-State flights. But if they would have it, I would hope they make it expensive to add to the realism. Also, I like the customisation, the NOS makes me a little bleh, but all the other mods I don't mind. As long as there are some tasteful customisations, I don't mind if they have rice crap or ugly crap. I also hope you can get Hydraulics on any car you wish.

When you fly an airplane, you're never obligated to land in an airport. Remember it's GTA, so instead of landing in an airport, I'll land exactly where I want to go.... Maybe a better place to land would be on a highway close to your house..., But who cares it's GTA, we can land anywhere! :dopey:
 
On the topic of aircraft and flight do any of you think it would be kind of cool to be able to 'bail out' with a parachute? It is a stupid idea i know but still would be fun.

The Dodo would be great for that :D, but the jet probably won't be :ouch:. Can you imagine crashing that jet at 100mph!?
 
I think the idea of stealing your own plane and taking it anywhere in the state is pretty cool! 👍 I mean, a better plane than the Dodo of course! :D I also do like cpl_richie's idea of parachutes. In Vice City, you could fly hundreds of feet into the air, bail out, and land without even breaking a leg! I hope they change that In San Andreas, so a parachute would be nice! ;)

By the way, what if you could trick out a plane or helicoptor! :odd: NOS maybe? :lol:
 
You said school bus right? I wonder if there are schools, or even children. But my guess is probably not since maybe Rockstar won't want you going around shooting all the 8 year olds. Would be cool to seem them with parents in cars and that.
 
I seriously doubt that Rockstar would put children or pets in any of their games. It's one thing to blow off the head of a police officer, but it's quite another thing to blow off the head of a little kid, even though it's in a video game. ;)

Yeah! i agree, but i have heard worse on other forums like people wanting to be able to rape women and stuff like that, theres some sick people in the world.
I think the schoolbus think wont be full of school children itl just be another funny thing to steal.
And im hoping if they don't add airport flights youl be able to steal a plane better that a dodo, it would be natural GTA progresion, i.e from cars to having helicopters to larger planes to fly, but maybe its just a pipe dream. :)
 
I bet you can either fly that "Juank Air" plane, or fly on it to another city. Parachutes wouldn't phase me. Children is just dumb. Pets are actually quite a possibility at the moment, you wouldn't think it, but I'm not giving a no to that yet. I don't mind either way. Schoolbuses have never really caught my attention, they're useless to me. Coaches are fine. I'm guessing there will be young-ish teenagers, who go to school. It is a state, and a state without a school would be a little off...but good in the real world. :lol:
 
I hope this time the planes can actually crash properly... I found that the skimmer just rolled into buildings and then all you had to do was turn against the building and it was all OK... crashing into a building should mean explosion and death... unless you bail out early...

Parachutes would be cool... but you should also have to actually deploy them... if you deploy them too soon out of a chopper you'd get sucked up into the blades and minced... if you do it too late... splat!

Yeah, its still way too soon to start crashing planes in video games...as for hydrogen blimps crashing and exploding into flames in open fields, go for it...no one remembers that anymore :lol:
 
Exactly, but I don't think Rocstar are going to take such a big risk. I agree with you, but I don't think half of America's parents and government will.

NO. That's something that shouldn't be gotten rid of. Besides, planes crashing into buildings will only get the gaming industry more crap from parents. They already b***h about the violence and swearing and other things.

Also, yes 9/11 is hurtful for some families, but would they go on forever? No. There has to be a time to get over it. But I also agree that planes crashing into buildings is a bit too much of a risk for Rockstar. They'd get completely ****ed over.

Seems they're letting in a little more swearing. If you read the "Music" section of his site, he calls lawyers "C*ck Snot". Also, in the Lyrics, he says "C*nt". I'm not pointing this out childishly, i.e. "tee hee, swearing", I'm just pointing out that they seem to be letting a little bit more offensive stuff in, which is good in my opinion.
