Yeh, I've seen him lose tire wear races despite starting on pole and gaining 3 seconds in the pits to recatch the leaders. Unless he was the only S guy in the race, winning is never a given.

Edit : If anyone knows these people in real life, be sure not to leave anything laying around that you don't mind being stolen, as they clearly have no control of themselves.

This is so bad. I did a great race on monza (9th to 3rd) in sport mode, and the first one didn't pit and refresh his tyres twice. Is there a way to report him?

As i can see, there are many crew drivers that use this exploit to win. PD should fix this soon...

That's very sad... he's one of the fastest drivers in the game.

Both are actually correct, tyre is commonly used in the UK but even here people use tire these days too.

Don't know why PD still have the wear on, maybe they have some employees that need to "test" it in the dailies, over and over again. ;)

Not sure if you are talking about the forum or the game, but if it's about the forum and if having an honest opinion that differs from the majority is against the rules and worth being banned, then I'd rather be banned.

If it's regarding the race: as you can see in my above posts and also in my stats I haven't done any race in the last days, and even if I do I hardly do the C race, and even then I wouldn't use the cheat unless the common consensus around here is that everyone should use it - which it isn't. It is however still my opinion that it would be the smarter way if this was the common consensus.

Well well well, another 'great player' I doubt he even knows what shame is.
I wish saudi arabia owned PD, invited all these players to a fake GT Academy in saudi arabia and then cut their hands off.

Any expectations that these 'players' would win anyway, is not a thought that comes to my mind.

If a Billionaire comes around your house and steals everything you own, it doesn't matter, because he could have afforded to buy all your stuff without needing to steal it.

PD were made aware of this on Monday/Tuesday thanks to :gtplanet: members, I would think anyone sending a video to PD showing themselves using this bug to win a race is just going to put themselves at the top of the list to be banned lol
 
...at least I understand why I was overtaken in pits several times.
Definitely a huge bug and if I were in position at PD I'd suspend anybody made that sequence more than x times in races, for a week or two.
Don't forget it is a sports game, and intentionally using any unreal glitches of the code "climbing up" and against your sports mates are extremely far from sportsmanship. Thus could be considered as abuse of the title.

Yeh it's good that people are checking it works in DR:S, I don't think I've seen anyone in DR:E DR: D DR:C DR:B DR:A testing it yet.

They don't have the "Official cheat testing and reporting to PD certificate" from PD which comes automatically when you reach the first time S/S.
 
Last week (or 2 weeks ago i don't remember exactly), the "FIA Nations Cup season test" allowed the best French drivers to qualify for an event broadcast on french television with a cash-price of 5000 €...

I'm pretty sure he qualified. Imagine if he used this bug last week to participate in this event...

No on television he can't do this, but if the production of the tv show learn that he has potentially qualified thanks to this bug his participation could be compromised ...

You wouldn't see it though would you? The camera would not be set just to his car, it would be dynamic. And besides, from a spectator POV you would just see hazard lights on briefly.

i think they don't know this before they analysed the replays for each driver.... hopefully they do.

Yes, you are right. You need the replay data to track the players and check what they do...

I think that's why people have only been using this in their pitstop to shave a few seconds.

I occurs to me that as far as the FIA testing season is concerned this quote is their answer. Let's hope they don't move on past testing phase without anything better to offer because that will be an epic fail.

Why?
Is now a fuel/tire managment evidence of something fishy?I mean,I know you can go with fuel map at 1 without doing any pit in M.Panorama since I did it last week (GR4) without using bugs or cheating.So with a map 2 for sure its possible to do 10-12 laps in other tracks too.

It depends what the multiplier is set to. It has been increasing recently, so presumably the game is trying to make everyone pit or run at map 4 or 5 for example.
