I just received my GT3 and hooked it up. I want to start with the paddle shifters but only one is working (the reverse). I am not able to get the right paddle to go into any gear. Is there a calibration for the shifters?

For paddle shifters they should work right out of the box, no calibration is necessary. Calibration is only necessary for the external H-shifter.

I do not understand the comment only one is working (the reverse).

The left Paddle shifter works which puts me in reverse. I can not get the right shifter to do anything.

What game are you using, in GT5 the paddle shifter is not used for reverse, DS3 R1, or on Fanatec GT3 RS the button that corresponds to that (one of the two buttons on wheel's right side horizontal spoke). Your manual will have a schematic.

Is there any chance you were using another wheel and have the button mapping incorrect? Maybe try the same game in a different account with no prior settings?

It's working now. I called iracing.com and they helped with the set-up. Thank you for your input.
