well, hi im jay, started drifting on gt4 a few days ago and find it really good, i will be posting some pics up but beware im not that good.....YET!!
 
I don't know how many of you know me. But my name is Brad and I mainly hang out in the OLR section of the site. However, I'm feeling for a change and think I'm going to introduce myself to this new world (For me) of Drifting.

I've just started making my first video, hopefully it should be complete within the week!

ooh, a Div 1 driver. Excellent. I'll be watchin.

Be sure to check out the drifting competitions subforum when you're ready. If you enjoy competing online, then you might find yourself comfortable in the WDS - sorta the WRS of the drift forum.
 
-> Well I'm a long time Member of GTP for 'bout 3-4 years, and I didn't notice that this sub-category of GT4 about drifting exists (I've hanging 'round GT's future titles and Car and General forum).

-> I don't know if you can call me a newbie, but I've been drifting since GT2 with my FF drift car Spoon Integra. Since I skipped GT3, I'm back drifting in GT4 with 10 drift cars on at my disposal.

im new to this forum, though ive checked the site fort almost a year for help with gt4, but i havent been successful at drifting (i was great in 3, b ut in 4 im all snap oversteer). i use the logitech dfp and many different cars to try, but they all fail. Any help would be greatly aprreciated (especially setups)
 
Hi everyone, I'm new here too. I've known drifting for quite a while now, and currently I'm kinda new to driting in GT4. My current drift cars are the Nissan Silvia S14 and Toyota Corolla Levin AE86 (still learning to drift with them).

New member, new drifter. Hard for me, but I hope this tutorials will help me out! I saw a huge difference in Gran Turismo 3 and Gran Turismo 4. Just got GT4 today!

My name is Dennis! I am from Athens, Greece and I own and play all the GT titles so far!!!! (I still await the arrival of PS3 though....;) )

I love this game, and I'm planning to use the info on this forum to become a better drifter than the one I am right now.....:O
There is always room for improvement, and I surely need some too....:D :D :D

Is there any other section in which I can post a welcome post???? One that will be for all the forum????:)

I lost you there mate....sorry!!! :)

To my point of view....Words are allways meaningfull!!!!! Hurtful??? True! But also rewarding if you ask the right questions....to the right people!!!! ;) :) :) :)

But just for refference sake, I was merely trying to be polite....;)

Does anyone have any really nice drift settings for an AE86 that uses racing tires

Or really any settings with Racing tires

Right now I am rockin an RX8 type s with r3's

Hello Guys! I'm new here, I live in Seattle Washington, I have been drifting in gt4 for about a month, but have been playing sense the game came out, I'm ok at drifting (could be a lot better) I Drift in a Sileighty, AE86, RX-7(FC&FD), Nismo 400R, Evo V(can't quite drift in an AWD but I'm working on it). I have been coming here for help with setting up the cars and thought what the heck why not join, I look forward to getting to know all of you! and Improving my drifting skills.

Hey all, im another Initial d and drifting fan, Ruiisu. My friends play gt4 in school's club and all do weird tricks like 360's and what-not, but they can barely drift! i cant wait to show up, put my mem card in and just drift with any of my cars!!!

Hi there, I'm completely new to the world of Gran Turismo 4 and have found this game exceptionally great. The graphics, the realism; this game is excellent. Also since I'm new to GT, I'm also new to drifting in this game. Sure I've drifted in other games, but have been unable to in this game. I finally found a site and Am learning all the aspects. Peace.
