Australia and most of Europe (iirc) uses kW as the measure of power with Nm for torque....gotta love Americans!

In other news, 380kW is something like 500hp, anyone else think this has become the 'standard' power output for most sportscars?

We use hk (hp) here and newtons. I've only ever heard kw by Australians and by germans in certain cases, although they usually use ps.

Hi Mike Rotch, Wow it's Unbelievable, Mercedes has launched an awesome car. with launch of C63 Black Series Now Mercedes will increase there sell.

It might, but I think the SLS contributed more to that than the C63 Black will. Especially since it's representing Mercedes in GT3 and the like.

It's going to make Mercedes money, that's for sure (they wouldn't build it, otherwise), but I don't think it's going to have much of an impact.

Still love it, though, because it's bonkers.

Agreed. The SLS is being soaked up by the masses in the same way the R8 did. The new Black won't have anywhere near the same publicity nor impact. This looks a bit like a tuning garage decided to turn it into a project car.

Since the CLK doesn't exist anymore(now its the E Class Coupe), does anyone know exactly if they will be releasing a E63 AMG Black Series Coupe?
I think that'll look much better but it would be quite tricky in deciding which is the better car which is why I doubt they will ever be making it :/
