S licence test
and after some update (don't know witch exactly) you can actually ram in to other car without being disqualification, so it make it easiest licence form all of them.

It's a license test, which means it's both a test of ability and it's meant to teach you something.
This one in particular, just like the S tests is meant to teach you to overtake cleanly opponents that don't care crap about you and will defend their line. Which is actually a quite crucial thing in racing, and something you'll need to be able to do if you want the slightest shot at racing online against anyone else than totally uncompetitive gentlemen.
Bringing things further, it helps a lot in learning to squeeze every little bit of speed out of a car in traffic conditions and in figuring alternative effective lines besides the ideal ones, thing that you can't do as easily just practicing in an empty course (and that's why the best hotlappers often aren't the best racers, they have the ideal line so nailed into their head that they won't avoid an obstacle even if it'a a giant truck moving at 10 mph, this kind of test helps you to avoid falling in that mindset).

On top of that, it's very doable.

I find it funny how many people rage about licenses or challenges without even trying to figure why they have been devised that way, and how useful they are. Bottomline, license tests aren't mandatory. Golding them isn't mandatory either. If you want to learn to drive and race, then they're very useful, effective and well devised. Otherwise, you can just as easily move on to something else. Nothing you get from licenses can't be gotten just by racing and buying it with credits.

Yes, practices makes a better driver.
