Are you suggesting that they would announce "The next chapter of Nissan's story", and tease us with cool concept car under a cloth only to pull it away and reveal there was no cool concept car at all and that they just wanted to toy with our minds?

That's bananas.

There will be a car, a new car, and it will look just like the one under the cloth except without a cloth on it.

Polls are good, but I don't understand the "No" option.
Why would a company announce that they are going to reveal a new car in five days, show us a picture of its basic shape and then unveil something different within such a short timeframe?

There could be many reasons. Bait and switch. Easy Route. Purposeful deception to keep us guessing. But polls are about opinions, not facts. I just think it would be fun to see what the community thinks.

:lol: Okay then, well my opinion still stands. Yes, it could potentially be a bait and switch, but deceiving us for such a short time over something this small seems unreasonable.
 
Also deceiving a small number of people. It's not like the teaser is on the official Nissan websites and heavily promoted, it was just on Facebook for the hardcore fans and gamers.
 
So, the car will be available on 10th June, or it will just be unveiled?
 
PD logic, it could be unveiled, and later added.

Many, my self included are expecting the Nismo R35, its possible. Also likely is a new concept or vision car.

The concept car seems more likely with the phrase about starting a new chapter.

We all will know soon enough.
 
If it's the car under the sheet it's not the Nismo, that's painfully obvious. It's something lower than even a GT500.

I think it looked like an R8 at first, but then it started to look like that Ferrari concept car that was lolling around the web about 4 years ago.

I think it's either a VGT or a new concept, not a potential production model (yet).
I'm thinking a re-imagining of the Tommykaira ZZII (which was essentially a lightweight MR sportscar with Skyline GTR power and drivetrain) designed to showcase the design language and preview the appearance of the R36 GTR
