New open world Star Wars game from The Division studio

DLC, patch & new cosmetics out now

I wasn't a huge fan of the Clone Wars series but I did like Hondo, happy he's making an appearance.
Being able to shot freely when on the speeder is a useful improvement. When you're out minding your own business and suddenly a death squad attacks you, its a real pain to dismount and find cover. 👍

Seems a nice little update yeah, also to switch between sidearm and 2 handed weapon.

It be cool if they had added more for speeder, like take downs, jumping on a near to you enemy speeder, with maybe a ever changing qte to push him off it, and drive their speeder.
Maybe push him when near a wall, tree or other enemy, etc.
Maybe ubi will decide it's worth pushing for a sequel. The 2nd dlc is out today, seemed cool, haven't seen any review of it yet though.
The 1st dlc seemed a measly cash in, with 2h hour max of play. Far from the massive dlcs ubi sometimes puts out.
Seems the dlc is about 5h long, not so big but ads more upgrades, challenges, functions, etc.

I've accidentally made it quite difficult to make Kay the galaxy's best Sabacc player. I've been siding mainly with the Dawn faction early on and consequently tanking rep with the Pykes; now after my first game I find that most of the card tables are in places where I get shot on sight.

It's quite unusual for me to actually like one of these card minigames, I hated Gwent for example.

I usually avoid in-game games too. Did every last scrap of mission content within Witcher 3 with the exception of anything to do with Gwent - other than what was needed to progress the main story lines.

I've not minded Sabacc, even though the rules still confuse me at times :dunce:

I'm wondering if it's maybe impossible not to be in the bad books of at least one of the factions? I've been building up intel 'chips' to sell on to the Pykes to try and raise my status with them to at least 'good', but i can't even get close enough to a trader without being shot at to do so.

Might have to look for brokers with Pyke contracts available and offset any reduction in rep it causes from the other factions with that intel i have saved up.

I've seen multiple people on Reddit and Youtube with max rep across all factions, so it is possible but it probably takes prior knowledge of all the quest rewards. I'm still trying to play mostly blind so inevitably making some poor choices. I was only a few hours in so I ended up restarting the story and am trying to keep a better balance this time (except with the Hutts, it feels lore accurate to have them sending bounty hunters after you).

The stealth stuff finally clicked (I wasn't using Nix enough previously) and it's a much better game playing it like that, rather than getting into a firefight and swarmed by a legion of stormtroopers.

Overall I'm glad I ignored the negative comments about the game in certain places and decided to give it a go. It's up there with Fallen Order/Survivor for me. Half price again on the PS Store at the moment, if anyone enjoyed the demo but hasn't bought it yet.
