Do you think the inclusion of Suzuka Circuit is a big plus for GT4 or a big minus? Suzuka is perhaps the best figure-eight road course. As a road racing fan, Suzuka's layout is unique and hellishly technical. I've seen pictures of past Suzuka configurations and each one seemed to be very nice and long configurations. I like what I see. And you can count on this track being used in the GT World Championship, Japanese Championship, JGTC Championship, and if reverse has its way, perhaps in the Polyphony Digital Cup. If you see this as a big MINUS, however, don't. Take it from me. Suzuka is one of those "make you think" tracks. Pure speed will probably get you into the grass and in the sand/gravel traps. I remember watching highlights of the JGTC at Suzuka from two years ago and last year. Suzuka is a wonderful race track, perhaps even Japan's answer to the Monzas, Spa-Francorchamps, and even Monacos of the world. And to have this in GT4 with a nice assortment of JGTC race cars, count on this track being a classic. The JGTC races at Fuji, and to have Suzuka in makes it twice as sweet. Maybe the nice Autopolis circuit would be nice. I think it was Micheal Krumm who called Autopolis a Japanese Nurburgring (and I don't mean the Nordschliefe).
Carry on Suzuka discussion, please.
