This is now the official Team Audi thread.

Currently we need to decide the team size, positions, reason of the team.
The founder of the original Audi Team is no longer an active so I decided to ressurect this old Team.

Post here if you are interested.
 
Could the team be spot race/OLR based? Have little team challenges, enduros etc.? I'm definitely interested, two characters got me interested, I think most people breathing know 'em, R and 8.

I say OLR/Enduro,i just ran 5 laps around the ring in my S4 and i didnt want to set down my controller, Audi's are just so fun!
I also think little team challanges would be cool to do.
 
Sorry, it has taken me ages to get back to you on this. Currently my GT4 attention is focused on Long Race Series -- Super Taikyu (check it out, I bet an old S4 could run in class 2!) I'd really like to see the Team Audi deal take off!

I've got it in my sig, as you can see. I guess you got to big of a sig to put it in so I'll try to do the... advertising for Team Audi.

Great idea, i recently bought a new r6 to add to my collection, i'll try to get snap shots.
i'll addvertise in my sig too.

no he was complaining becuase his thread was completely pointless and it was just to hard to resist.
but regardless of my temptations i am sorry for flaming.
 
Well. I guess entrants will come when entrants will come. So we can start doing little spot-race style challenges if you like. Before we get to that do you want to make some sort of... requirements to join the team or is anyone and everyone welcome? I mean, maybe a certain laptime at a track with the R8 or something cool like that...

Yes sounds good, maybe a great challange would be the R8 on the NUR, then post your best lap time with the usuall WRS rules.
What about the positions in Team Audi?
Is it just founder than members? or are we goin to technical and making other positions?
 
Well, I guess we could make a lot of random positions. New Member, Junior Member, Senior Member etc. I guess that'll be up to you seeing as how, you created the group.

Sounds good.
We should try and get about 3 more members interested, start a race in a time trial.
Than post lap times and share your setups etc.
 
I think folks wishing to join should first have to do an Arcade Race (to eliminate the possibility for bad set-up or w/e hampering their chances to get in. Part of Team Audi can be helping people with set-ups and stuff like that. I say they do Audi A3/S3 at Mid-Field or something... S2 tires no HP up or KG reduction.

Ok here it is:
Audi A3 on Mid-field. S2 tires, 20% HP and 0% weight.Same rules as WRS post your t1 and t2 laptimes than your final lap time.

by the way, i think for race 3, we should do more than 1 lap, like 10 laps around the suzuka or something to add a little endurance
