Yes, that's what they said. And I hope they do it... They promised the Zahara de la Sierra track for this month's DLC.. but it looks like the month is gonna end soon and we get nothing. Where's update 2.05?? :ouch:

perhaps when v2.05 comes, it may come with some surprising things in it…
all at once lol
like a 500Mb update :D

:bowdown::gtpflag:

Didn't we get the M4, Hudson, and MBenz Vision (2nd one)? 3 cars in 2 months. Sounds about right to me, especially the fact that February isn't done yet.

Edit: Just realized this thread was about the tracks only. Meh.

The more likely scenario is that we'll get a 2.0 version of GT6 in the next year or so (shortly after SEMA 2014 in Sept. I assume) and that'll be about it aside from some periodical minor updates.

I'm not expecting much in terms of DLC.

Did I miss anything or isn't there any monthly DLC...?

Some tracks I would love to buy:
-Pikes Peak HillClimb (MUST HAVE)
-Circuit Park Zandvoort (Dutch track which I visit regularly)
-Yas Marina Circuit (must be crazy good for Photomode)
-Singepore Grand Prix (same reason as above)

They have not met that offer and the Eckert Mustang is not in the game. They made lots of promises and clearly they are not prepared to deliver them.

At the moment I'm not concerned about new tracks, I just wish they would total revamp the car sounds..... How can they believe this is what ppl are prepared to except in this day! I wish someone would ask Kaz after he's jumped out of his Gtr what this sound is (sound recording from same car in gt6). He would probably say tumble weed in a ghost town or piss poor attempt at a racing simulator.... Who made it lol?
If PD don't drastically turn things around for ps4 then there finished as Project Cars is in another league, it looks and sounds absolutely amazing :D

I thought I read something that the sounds released on the DEC 6th roll out were not the final sounds. An update to sounds coming in a later update. Not sure if anymore updates ever coming the way it is looking now.

I'm not bothered about dlc at the moment there's plenty of cars and racing to be done online I wish they would sort out the online problems first then bring in dlc

Like the bug where it's impossible to match or exceed lap times after pitting.

Fixed that for ya. I've done plenty of online races where my fastest lap happened on my second set of comfort/sport tires. In fact, one of them was just about an hour ago.

That is interesting. The league series I am currently in is running Racing Hard tires. Everyone is at least two seconds slower after pitting. I'll have to check this out and see if I see faster lap times using sport tires. I also have wanted to test out settings like having tire choices open, no minimum pit stops required ( we use 1 mandatory ), etc. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Some people say they notice a small difference on sport tires but not as pronounced as racing tires. Personally I've never noticed it and I do at least 4 online races each week with pitstops. I'm not saying the big doesn't exist, just that it seems to effect race tires the most.

I got curious after reading your post so I decided to check this out for myself. Daytona Speedway, cars were not tuned and tire wear set at very fast, sports hard tires. Used the Ford GT '05, McLaren F1 '94, and the FXX '07.

The Ford and McLaren for me were anywhere from .220 to .350 seconds slower after pitting and taking no fuel.

The FXX '07 was .025 to .032 seconds slower with no fuel taken again.

Then I decided to use the FGT at Daytona Road Course, untuned with RM tires. After pitting and no fuel, I ran a good 1.5 seconds faster on three consecutive laps, with a half tank or less of fuel on fresh tires. :boggled:

This bug must be affecting different cars on different tires. Weird.

Maybe they're working on the new track(s), since this is PD where doing something takes awfully much of the time but are just being quiet about it. Also I wish they make some poll or something which track should they make, I'd really love to see Shanghai or Calaboige. :indiff:

I don't know what the differences are on racing tires but to me a couple tenths is negligible in race conditions due to drafting and traffic. Plus, my personal margin of error with any given car/track combo is about two tenths. So that probably explains why I never notice a difference.

The Megane Trophy '11 car we're using now on RH tires has a two second difference in lap times after pitting. Wonder why such a drastic difference there and almost little difference in the FXX '07 on SH and the FGT being faster on low fuel like it should be on RM. Weird.
