newbie question (sorry)

what's the best mode to practice drifting in, i know that arcade free run doesn't save your mods etc does it? i've been doing teh run & setting mode in sim, but not all the tracks are availible

The arcade free run can let you choose all the cars, provided that you have already purchased all the mods in simulation mode. You can still change your settings in arcade mode.

but when you pick the car it shows the car as its stock horsepower... why is that? does it still actually retain your simulation mode mods?

It will change once you go to the settings screen. Try it
