Catching up on all but physics. Which is where it counts for me.

As for DLC, I don't realy care at this point. I'm actually expecting a GT6 teaser in a few weeks at E3.

Well, fm4 is an improvement in physics over fm3. So they are improving, but not fast enough for my taste.

When I play Forza with my brother on his Xbox I find it very vague and glassy in terms of feel. I also hate the Xbox controllers, they seem made for people with odd shaped hands lol.

I also find their graphics too shiny and the tracks have way too many skid marks and very heavy on rock formations etc

Still prefer GT5 in most areas, we lack the DLC that Microsoft offers for Forza, but for a-spec and the way the game works, GT5 wins imo.

Back on topic, I think the DLC will be released after GTA finishes and it'll probably Twin ring motegi with some new cars. Probably a new mini coupe, maybe some new Ferrari's, new BRZ and premium upgrades to some models? Just my thoughts...

Totally agree, it feels like ice skating.

I do hope PP will release a few more DLC before the franchise is updated with GT6.
I'd like to see the old tracks and more classic Ferrari, RUF, and maybe even a preview for GT6 with more tuners joining in.

I play both games, GT5 and Forza4, I have gotten use to the way the cars handle in Forza, in GT5 the amount of grip with racing soft tires is unreal. I wish both games would meet a little more in the middle. For car selection and game options Forza is the winner in my opinion. I would be pulling my hair out by now waiting on PD to do something in the way of "different cars" and tracks. Not the biggest Porsche fan but I am really looking forward to May 22nd. Who knows when the next PD DLC will come out, I just hope the wait is worth it.

((((((GT5 is almost two different games. One where people go round in max tuned Dodge Rams with racing softs and it has nothing to do with reality.

On the other side of the lobbysphere there's rooms with comfort medium tyres and no ABS and heavy damage.

With the proper settings GT5 isn't lacking in the physics department apart from lack of tyre deformation. Haven't tried Forza yet but I'm loving GT5 as it is, hope GT6 will properly simulate tyre pressures, deformation and flat spots (and make some sort of handicap for using ABS, ncreased braking distances maybe))))))

On topic: I think the new dlc will contain the new NSX prototype (not really interested), Twin Ring Motegi (new tracks are always welcome), Honda HSV SuperGT (hoping!) and hopefully more little fixes and features in the form of a patch.

Have you ever been on a track in a properly set up car with racing slicks? The amount of grip IS unreal. :)

Yup, that's what I meant.
Still I do believe racing soft are a little too grippy in GT5.
To be more realistic, play online and use racing hard or meds.

Btw Foster, I don't mean that the cars in Forza handles badly, its just how the car moves...it feels like its gliding on ice ala arcade games. So its more of a feel thing, I'm sure they'll improve it slowly in the future :)

I don't need Porsche anyways, all 911s from 964 to 991 look almost the same to me. I'll take RUFs and Techarts anyday :)

I like RUF as well, and now that you can put different wheels on them it really makes a difference in terms of looks. If PD started upgrading the standards to premium, I would be very happy.

Questions can be asked.
Does Turn 10 sold an unfinished games ?

No. But they had to Cut 23 Porsche Cars, because EA didn't gave them the license from the start.

How many cars there is in Forza now?

I have to count them, but i think about 650 Cars. Will edit as soon as i know.

Anybody wanna bet Forza 5 will be launch before GT6 ?
No.

Ok, so i guess we have a hint of what the new dlc is gonna be

montegi and the FR-s

so looks like the winners will probably be

Im actually dissapointed that we're getting just 1 track, albeit with its variations.
and another variation of a car already in the game.... First its the skylines, now its the FT86s.

It all sounds pretty boring to me. I might buy the track out of boredom. PD is really killing the game with crap DLC.

DLC doesn't kill a game. Crap DLC is subjective, although I still haven't used those Mini Coopers. It doesn't go on my regret list of buying DLC.

Honestly DLC shouldn't exist. But because this is true DLC, it's not evil DLC either.

yeh, but would you have bought the mini coopers, if those were the only cars in that DLC? i doubt it, because that would be a boring DLC.

I feel the same way about the new pack. while just one track is ok, it doesnt get me excited. after more than 2 months of waiting for pd to deliver...its pretty dissapointing.

Yes. Not immediately, but yes I would have purchased them. Mini Countyman around the Nurburgring is a hoot.

I don't expect much out of PD. Whatever comes is a surprise.

We always get 1 track. This DLC has 4 variations, East West Full Lap and Oval, oval is like other circuit.SPA, Route X were better DLC.This track isn't worth to buy for me.I'll skip this

From what I've read in the news section we ain't getting anything, the Italian network has taken the page of the network.

Only because they clearly put it up too soon. It was the Italian language page of the official website, not some fan page or something.

Could it have possibly been taken down due to more coming?

Nah probably wasn't ready to tell us.

Nah probably wasn't ready to tell us.

Since it was only on one regional website I'm pretty sure it was just whoever runs the Italian language version (Obviously a Sony employee and not someone at PD) jumping the gun.

Possibly but these accidents are great for getting a forum into a frenzy.

This contest still goes on since there's no new payed DLC car pack yet \o/

not really. Can't believe I lost with the most obvious choice ever
