me but its going to take me a while to get my racing cockpit in order as i have been wall mounting my LCD and i am like no were near getting it done and now my room is like a jungle of furniture.

I may be on in a short while for a bit a practice. will have to do as much as i can tonight as i
can't do much tomorrow. It's my mrs birthday and we're going horse riding tho i'm not that
keen on the idea of riding something with a mind of it's own.

Anyway the RSR race shouldn't be a problem for anyone
Can't decide what to race in the 14.0 race. Suppose everyone's going with the lambo are they?

Totally agree at least when i thrash my bike it don't stop to eat grass, nor stop to empty it's tanks.

Think i'l be running the R8 again i've tryed a few others, changed the settings and managed to make them slower.

Its my man jewels that i would be worried about

14 rating is pritty much dominated by the gayardo due to its power and usability and it has just the rite amount of upgrades to make it tunable but the Audi R8 is the superior handling car but just does not have to power i prefer the Audi but it just dont cut it in power.

Arvore is nailing that new superstar V8. He's been on it all week but with little practice for
the league races he should be as fast as me👍

Yes, and if I don't get some time to practice arvore is going to have a very easy time of it!

Of course I can always hope that all the Superstar V8 driving he's been doing will mess up his timing! 💡 ... But it probably won't.

You can bet it is i can't take my hands off the damn thing, i have~'nt put shift in the ps3 since i got this,i promised myself to take all the saturday afternoon(the races are in the evening over here as you know) to pratice just to stand a chance against Manny,and Jay will have is saying i'm sure-oops just noticed you aren't in my lobby,thank god,great races will be having with Ricky,i'm sure -and if the new member Muham-welcome BTW- is so fast in these tracks as he is on the ring maybe we can expect some surprises...

Looks like I am in the the fast lobby this weekend, so I guess all I can hope for is some points. Missing last week put a hurting on my points drive for this season so top 10 is all I'm hoping for. I want to pick up that superstar v8 but I'm waiting on Arvores review of it first. I picked up race on and gtr evo for the pc about 2 weeks ago and haven't put much time in to shift lately so I will do an all day practice on friday and saturday morning for the race this week and hope it is enough.

How does Superstars V8 compare to Shift?

As to your specific question i've to say they are two much diferent games:

-SSV8NC is a series(italian V8 championship) based game so the offer of tracks and cars are less abundant than shift. Never the less most of them you can only find in this game-mithycal Kyalamy-new version after a rider died there last year in SBK-the fresh new Portimão-yes located in Portugal-Valencia,the classic Italian tracks-Imola,Monza,Vallelunga and Muggello, and other Italian tracks less famous that you can only find in this game-Varano,Adria,Maggionne. And the V8 cars, for those who like BMW-like i know you do:tup:-you get plenty of them(550i,M5,M3E90,M3E92)Mercedes AMG,Caddilac,Chevrolet,Audi,Maserati,Crysler.
-The graphics are less rich than shift-run at 30 frame rate,on the bright side there are no slowdowns or frame related issues.Two good cockpit views,altought none of them better than shift.Never the less the cars and tracks modelling are great is more the surroundings that are less well conceived.
-The handling of the cars is much more realistic then shift and the driving much more predictable which makes the racing more enjoyable,no excessive oversteer-when you over ride it you loose it-no stupid bumping,realist breaking distances.Never the less it's also not a sim racer-like gt5p or scc-but a well designed arcade racer-close to TOCA series
-The best AI in a racing videogame.

First I've to say thanks that you allowed me to join to your club!
I think racing with you will give me new experiences of this game, Im so glad that noone will try to push me of the track every time as the most of the people did until I found this leagueI hope we'll have a lot of fun on the runs.
As I saw yesterday during racing The Hog I have to be faster then now but I'll try to catch you up in a few week practice.

I have a few worries about the Audi/Ambush canyon combo?

Jason and myself run a few practise races last night and i found the Ambush canyon race in the Audi impossible it was not a race as in who was fastest but who could slow down enough at the bumps to avoid becoming airborn

The Audi really suffers from the bouncing bug at this track, in all the laps we done there i dont recall a single one being clean i think Jason also suffered the same?

The other two combos are great except i cannot get a good level 14.00 car

Yes Ambush is tricky in the R8 watch out for Mohamu on this one I smell a podium position.
You have a good 14.0 car Steveo you was just being chased by my freshly tweeked R8.

And muhamu's time is fast but in tha little practice igot 1.25.300 and could have done so much better if i did not have people nagging me while i was trying to play

- damage is on FULL, yes?
- will the manufacturer races use a stock model (no nitro etc?), and is the Audi R8 FSi the same as the mentioned "Audi R8 LMS." on the same note, is a Porsche GT3 RSR the same as Porsche GT3 RS (no RSR)....
- will 'open' races only look at the PP (so to speak )?

A good place to start would be to private message manny 1st post on this thread. (He's the main man)
Normal procedure is to do some practice sessions will some of the guys on here. Feel free to add me I'll be on later.
It's the last race of this season and there's a few more new guys starting soon so you may be starting next week. If your proved worthy and accepted. Fingers crossed man and again welcome.

Ah yes sorry both the R8 LMS and the GT3 RSR are reward cars.
stock cars are picked from the stock section not a stock car in your garage.
On stock races the lobby is set up as a manufacturer's race so the stock car is picked for you.
