NFS: Undergound, Online troubles..

Can someone please help me out? I cannot play online for nfs: Underground. yesterday i could log on, but now i cant even do that...

my connection is good, everything hooked up correctly.

Im using a dsl cable, and a linksys router. please help me!

sometimes the EA servers shutdown for a few minutes, so, that could be your problem. If you were able to connect yesterday, and you haven't changed anything since then I don't really know what else to tell you, other than try to connect again while your computer is off.

well my problem was that i found a bit of info that certain ports needed to be open on my router. so i went in and changed them thinking that i was opening them but actucally i was closing them.
problem solved. thanks for the advice given though...

hmmmmm interesting im gonna go out to buy the ps2 online "sooon" so i hope it work i also havea router so its all good

it's weird that all the games that say u need to open certain ports, i don't need to do any thin . It works all good, i can host games and every thin, weird.....i got a linksys router..........
