heh, I like these things. Addictive in the same way as Tetris.
Completed up to and including lvl 17 in 18:23 before I ran out of time to waste. Will have to finish it up later.

30 in the first one. I don't remember this 21 that everyone is talking about, but I was good and stuck on the last level for probably 45mins before beating it.
