Resurrection, sorry, but I saw the link in your signature.

How's it coming along? Clean and well-done 240s are few and far between.

Right now, it really needs a new paint job and coilovers. I should be satisifed by then and hopefully I can hit the track.

This was a old picture before the my friend sold his 240sx ( the one in the back). Though today, I accidently ran into the original owner. The car itself was first sold for $3,500 USD, came with pawn shopped 18's and a sprayed canned red-black two tone. The next owner drifted the ******* out of it. Then started to complain about some ticking noise before he sold it to me for $3,000 USD. When I took it under my wing, I have paid to fix the clutch, replaced some intake bolts, the a/c been recharge and a bit more to be fully repair ( fuel lines need to be replaced, going from power to manual windows, removing the a/c, etc etc) Just replaced the valve gasket then my brother told me to smile while working on it. I also picked up the vents for the bumper. I am on to a lip and saving up for coilovers and actual repairs

That's a badass picture of those cars. I might try to copy that lol.

Nice your fixing it up, I swear when I got my new clutch put in. The car felt totally different.

I can't wait to see it on the coils =O.

Well, right now. It is currently down. The 240 was bogging after it start and I have lost power during acceleration while I was driving it home from a friends house. My brother and I, cleaned out the MAF switch and it felt fine for a few moments but went back to the same symptoms ( loss of power, bogging and probably running rich). A few buddies of mine say that my distributor is gone. I search behind the ECU for codes and all I got was Code 21, I am going to check if I have a check engine light tomorrow.

I think those came out of cylinder 1 and 2. Leaky injectors? Thinking bout taking out some money out of my savings so I can buy a fuel pump and a starter....Though what would be better than the Orielly's fuel pump a Walboro 255 ?

Sorry, it has been a long time since I updated this but I sold the 240sx before I got into boot camp. Every so often, I will search for her and wonder what kind of condition she is in. But I am currently driving a 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX.
