No More Marquees

I can't stand the endless scrolling...please...in the name of all that is good and holy...get rid of the stupid marquees!!!

I personally do not the the marquee effect. Why be like everyone else and have them? I will stay with a still signiture. I like it. :thumbsup:

If you don't like seeing scrolling sigs, turn signatures off.

Switch to Netscape... um, I mean Nutscrape 6. The text shows up, but it doesn't scroll. I fired up IE to check them out, and promptly quit it from the eyestrain and motion sickness.

yes it does,if the frame rate was high i wouldnt ***** at all,but that would end up as pages loading loonger,which make me ***** MORE

I just don't understand how it's that annoying, or how it could possibly give one a headache. Do you guys just sit and stare, for hours on end at the thing scrolling across the screen? If so, then I could understand your situation, but if not...



So far, the only things I've found annoying about the marquee tags is when there's like 5 lines of text going across the screen in someone's sig, but I don't stare at it, so it only bothers me for a second...

Actually as Josh already stated Dess, you can turn off signitures. That should clear up your problem quite nicely.

I agree. Lets all move on. Think happy. Think about good looking women in bikinis sitting on the hood of your favorite car. Just do not think about the new marquee effect.
