No Red Bull Capable Race!?!?!?!?

Should they Add races Without restrictions (where Redbull can compete with non-Redbull)

How on earth can these people justify making this entire game, spending all of this "extra" time designing a more advanced version of the Redbull X and not make A SINGLE race that it is eligible for or even allow you to create a custom race in single player where you can determine the level of the AI drivers (in different cars)? I am thoroughly pissed off with these designers and the only thing that might bring me back to the game is if they fix this inexcusable oversight with the next update! Please reply if you agree... I know many people who play the game simply to attain and "RACE WITH" the Redbull X car (the ultimate driving machine)
 
Are you seriously suggesting that you should be able to drive a redbull against other cars?

Like single player wasn't easy enough already... this guy wants to lap his opponents a few times before getting gold.

What I do, say the opponents are on 500pp with SS tires, I will use a 450pp car with SH to make it actually challenging.

If not... What is the point of even owning the Redbull? I don't know about anyone else, but I got the game to drive cars I could not afford in real life... Part of the point in earning the Redbull is getting to "RACE IT". Duh.right

You are so right, It is stupid to buy a Redbull or any other race car if you can not use it in GT6 and what is the logic in that.

Well, you can use it with other people (online) who have one too.

why would you want to drive a fictional car that most likely never will be built because G forces are too strong in it to drive against a FIA licensed whatever it is car? That's cheating

That is not cheating it is called fun and just remember this is only a game.
 
depends if I'm in the veyron i think its fun. you can keep hitting the toyota making the toyota move really fast and slam into walls.
 
PD has taken all the fun out of GT6. Shame on PD for making this game boring as well and all we want is the Redbull car in a lot of events like it was in GT5 so players can have that fun back again.
 
sorry I had to vote no, I understand not wanting restrictions in the game but to have a car that is so far and beyond reality there is entirely no point in racing it against anything other than other red bulls. If PD opened this up then that would mean I'd see this dang car driven by the AI in other races. I see enough of that stupid Chaparall 2J car. That car spoils so many classic car races, I just loath it with every fiber of my being. I'd totally give up on GT forever if the Red Bull showed up in random races. What's the point.

there is nothinh wrong with driving the red bulls, when you do tho, drive it against similar cars.
and since the only similar cars to red bulls are the red bulls itself, it should stay like that
if you want variation ask pd to make more of these unrealistic cars so they can compete with eachother
but whats the point in competing with a red bull when your opponents are not red bulls, its just boring, stupid, useless ... put whatever word here.
i dont see why anyone would want to actually do this ?!?!?! besides pissing off others and being a pain in the ass.
 
I think some of you are missing the fact that this is proposing an OPTION, CHOICE, insert any FREEDOM based word here. It's not proposing that you would have to start competing against the AI Redbull and anyone who thought it would be "just boring, stupid, useless..." etc. wouldn't have to use the Redbull, they could always just see what Le Mans cars were in the race and use a similar car so it would be "Competitive." Aside from that, dmanplaysGT6 is right, why not force you to meet the standards of a race, win it (with gold), and unlock the ability to use any car you want from then on... NO ONE is hurt by that in the slightest... And any of you who think it's just plain stupid, don't do it, we're not making you, we're proposing MORE FREEDOM, NOT less. Plus you could use that to get money for cars that are not "totally broken" faster so you can play in online races with competitive players. It's all WIN WIN.

i actually belive that gt6 is one of the very few games were "restrictions" is actually fun, i belive it adds to gameplay.

you can race the red bulls in quick race anyways or the standart ones in the dedicated menue (get money?)
why woul you want to drive a red bull in sunday cup ? or any others "mission" race. freedom? really? cmon

The purpose of the Red Bull was to see what they could come up with for a car that had no regulations. No car is in the same class.

Because it might just tickle my fancy someday... Why do you care? It wouldn't make you do it or change the game for you in any way... You could just continue to play abiding the restrictions, they shouldn't disappear, (they should stay for reference) but be ABLE to be ignored if you've beaten the race before.

why do i care? you made a poll and asked, and i just gave my opinion that its just stupid but thats just me
if you would actually enjoy it, then thats your thing, i have no right to tell you otherwise

Yes I found it odd that they cant be driven anymore in single player races. I would like to have taken them to the Like The Wind Route X & I am unable to. I took the Red Bull Junior there & it is to slow.

Yes that would be nice once you completed the race the restriction was lifted.

theres people that think red bulls are fun
and then theres people that think they are nonsense
try to guess in wich category " @pilmat " falls, lol.

dont get me wrong i love redbull, heck its from my country lol, i just think the "car" is far from fun.
its cool to have it ingame but the emphasis on that "car" shouldnt be too big at all.
thats probably why i dont miss it at all, some of you guys probably drove it all day in gt5, i didnt.
apart from the actual challenges, i saw no point driving with it against less powered cars, again, just not fun at all.
 
For everyone who has played this GT and the previous are you telling me that you never went and found the glitched car making it the fastest car in the game and just messing around? I know i went and got the suzuki escudo in GT3 just because of the gear glitch making it stupid fast. I know one of the games had the truck with the same thing.
